I found that the food diary is excellent but it's having the time to update it every day. It tells you how much cals, fat, protein etc is in foods. it works out how many portions of fruit and veg you've had, how much water, how many cals you have left to eat etc. v good!Has anyone tried the online calorie control site -WEIGHT LOSS RESOURCES?

It's got everything you need to lose weight AND it is completely free.
In fact, after looking through Weight Loss Resources, I'd say that Sparkpeople has it all, and some, and because it is totally and no strings free, it has a very active community for moral support. I'm really enjoying Sparkpeople; far more than I thought I would.
It has all the diaries, goal setters, recipes, forums, motivational tools, articles and more.
I haven't tried the site but I have tried a calorie control diet and lost 1.5 stone! Worked for me, of course I also went to the gym to help with that.
