Temporary loss of muscle control and vision?

What could these symptoms mean? Normally it'll be completely normal, almost always at home I'll be standing somewhere doing little to nothing, most frequently it's in the bathroom, kitchen or dining room that it's happened. Basically my sight goes first, but it goes in the way like when you look at the sun or a light for too long, when you get the colours blocking out your vision. Then my muscles seem to fail and I either have to lean against something or in severe cases I sort of wilt to the floor, sometimes shaking. These normally only happen for about 20 seconds then they go away and I'm normal again. As it does, my skin tingles and my tongue feels a bit larger, as if I've been anesthetized.

This has been going on for about a year and a bit, but rarely, ranging in severity (worst was when I was about to get in the shower, lost vision, trembled to the floor and was in a shaking fetal position prior to it fading. Happens maybe once every 2 or so months? Never happened outside the house.Temporary loss of muscle control and vision?
This does sound like a seizure. I would see a doctor as soon as possible.

Assuming that you're eating a balanced diet and that you do not have any infections, try using shampoos that are designed to nourish the scalp. Nioxin and Hairobics come to mind. I'm sure that there are a few others.

You can visit my site. Maybe there's something in there that could help you out.
Apply hair oil each and every day.keep your hair free from dandruff by using ANTI DANDRUFF SHAMPOO.Have a proper diet .Wash your hair at least thrice a week.
Well since you didn't give much detail, I can't suggest anything specific.

Is this a recent problem? It could be because of a nutrient deficiency in your hair or body, or even a thyroid problem.

Or it could be because your hair is badly damaged. The best thing I can suggest for you is:

1. See a doctor if it's bad, and it's a new, sudden change.

2. Try just taking better care of your hair. Invest in shampoos and conditioners that have nutrients and vitamins. Also take care of your body. Take vitamins everyday.

Without more specifics, there's not much else I can say.

Scared Shitless: Loss of Bowel Control?

I am not aware of consciously controlling my bowel movements. When I feel the call of nature I can resist for awhile before I must actually go and defecate, for example, when you have to wait on a line to get your opportunity to use the bathroom. I thought that the feeling of having to empty your bowels was an involuntary response that comes whenever it comes. So how can a sudden fright cause someone, a young healthy person (ex: a soldier in battle) to **** themself - unless they already had to go to the bathroom in the first place?Scared Shitless: Loss of Bowel Control?
There is always residue/waste in the bowels; most people carry as much as 8-10 pounds on a daily basis and in times of extreme stress the sphincter relaxes and the bowels let loose which is why many people defecate right at the point of death.Scared Shitless: Loss of Bowel Control?
that is NORMAL.......
it is to do with your bodies flight or fight method.

Our ingrained reaction to danger, will we run away?or will we fight it?

You are a flight so your body evacuates stuff it doesnt need to carry so that you can run faster, it is shedding excess weight.

thankyou and good night

Orgasm causes loss of muscle control in hands?

Okay, this has NEVER happened to me before so I wanted to see if anyone else experienced this ... Shortly after my orgasm, my eyelids began twitching, my lips tightened into an O shape and I couldn't move my lips out of this position. Then, my hands began tingling and my muscles in my hands began contracting. I literally made fists and was unable to open my hands. We stopped. My hands were tingling so bad it felt as though they had been asleep. I stayed like this for about 5 or 6 minutes then my muscles in my hands slowly began to relax. My husband pried my fingers apart and held my hand with each of his fingers in between mine. After my muscles relaxed, I was shaking. Other than that I felt okay. I was scared because I couldn't control my muscles. Anyone have any idea on what happened?Orgasm causes loss of muscle control in hands?
Must have been one heck of a big orgasm, honey.

I've experienced... similar, but not as extreme. You probably just tensed up all your muscles, which caused the temporary conditions you're describing. As long as it's temporary, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

Enjoy! ;-)Orgasm causes loss of muscle control in hands?
No, I have not experienced this.... What you should do is make note of when this happens (if it happens again) Believe it or not, it could be a sign of something serious... Many of the symptoms you are describing can be linked with issues like pinched nerves, damaged tendons, and poor circulation due to any number of issues... If you have good medical coverage, it may be worth talking to your doctor anyway. If not, definately seek medical advice if this continues....
because ur body just lost control-ur nerves went '; haywire'; because that was some GOOD sex u had there! i once after orgasming just cracked up laughing and couldnt stop! and once my leg started pumping-i would uncontrolably straighten and curl my leg fast. talk about weird!
Nothing wrong, nothing to worry about, you just had the greatest orgasm.

Seen it before...

muscle spasms- i get this in my sleep sometimes.... it isnt pretty or pleasant!
good orgasm i guess
it sounds to me like something called a ';full body orgasm.'; it's supposed to be the most pleasurable thing in the world!! but of course for somebody who's never heard of it it before it would be quite a scary situation!! most people would say you are quite lucky since it's really hard for some people to achieve such a climax because you and your partner BOTH have be performing at your best!!

so I would suggest maybe doing a little research on it(with the google safe search Turned ON might I add you ;-D) and try, if you are comfortable with it, trying to have another experience just like this one. and maybe since you may have a better understanding of it you might even enjoy it better! =)
