(Depo birth Control) Hair loss... Hair, skin & nail vitamins?

i didn't really know how to phrase my question, sorry.


i want to try DEPO birth control but i read it makes your hair fall out,


i was reading about hair, skin %26amp; nails vitamins as well.


if i were to get on Depo couldn't i use those vitamins to block out hair loss.


i read that the vitamins don't make your hair grow like wildfire but it helps your hair stay healthy.(Depo birth Control) Hair loss... Hair, skin %26amp; nail vitamins?
Im not sure who told you this but im on depo and none of my hair has fallen out. The only bad side effects that depo can have is weight gain and bone loss but it varies in people.
