check the fuse with a meter. if the fuse is good use a meter to check voltage at the switch. If that's good then check the switch. it should be a easy find. but you need a volt/Ohm meter. looks can be deceiving

My passenger side door window control and automatic seatbelt have loss power.?
Its a Subaru Legacy. All other doors work. Can control window from drivers door. Power door lock is fine. Fuse looks ok. Button for window on passenger door appears to have no power. Automatic seatbelt quit working at same time. Worked 1 day went out the next day and it didnt.
