What does weight loss have to do with anxiety? Is there any control to this?

How can one maintain weight if she has anxiety? I don't want to much weight to slip right off of me. I have to concentrate hard to just eat right to maintain. I never had so much of a problem before. Is it possible to have a high and effective metabolism? What else can or should I do?What does weight loss have to do with anxiety? Is there any control to this?
It is possible to have a high metabolism. It also won't neccessarily last forever either, so you still need to eat a balanced diet. To maintain a regular eating pattern try to eat about the same times daily to train your body to be hungry then. If you have a 9-5 try to eat at about 7-8am, 12-1pm, 6-7 pm, and maybe a light snack sometime before you go to sleep. By keeping the body scheduled it reduces ';random'; eating or skipping meals.
