Jeff, you on the pill, bro? it certainly effected my weight loss. stopped it and turned it into weight gain. good luck with it.
Birth control pills usually make you gain weight or not be able to lose weight.
I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it. You also can try different pills. Some may interact with your body differently then others, we are all different.
I hate exercising, but have tried to pair it up with things that I enjoy, like doing it while I watch my favorite soap. I got the idea from this site:
