I have been trying to lose weight by exercising and eating healthy but I'm not seeing the results I want to. Could it be from my birthcontrol ? I have an IUD Meraina, I can't remember if this is the kind that can affect your weight or not ?Birth control and weight loss?
Yes, those have been known to make people gain weight. Almost everyone i know who went on birth control methods have gained weight and found it hard to lose it. Not sure why though....Birth control and weight loss?
I just got off of the pill for the same reason. I have taken the pill for 10 years and no matter how much I diet or exercise I can't seem to lose weight. I hope I can now.
