What are the best ways to control hunger during and just after exercising for weight loss?

Getting back into shape. Did yoga for a few months to build up fitness (which was ok) but since I've started cardio workouts last week I'm getting incredibly hungry. Any pointers gratefully appreciated, thanks.What are the best ways to control hunger during and just after exercising for weight loss?

The amino acid Glutamine helps control hunger pangs. You can buy it as a supplement. Get the 500mg capsule. Take it a little before your workout and one afterward if necessary. Or, you could buy protein powder, which contains lots of amino acids, and drink a glass of it about 30-45 minutes before workout. Or you could just eat something healthy like an apple, grapes, etc.

Honestly, drink as much water as possible before every meal. Also it would be a good idea to try an all raw foods fast, they help you to lose weight and gain a lot of the nutrients you need to gain muscle mass and overall health.
if your getting hungry and your fluid intake is enough then you should eat! just eat something with natural sugar or carb food.. orange/banana or small portion of pasta/rice.... dont not eat because your exercising and trying to loose weight.. if you dont eat your body will store fat...
